Welcome

...to Bel's Yoga Yard, a brand new, bright and beautiful yoga and therapy space nestled in the heart of Merton Conservation Area, SW19. We are thrilled to be here and to offer a range of lovely yoga classes, treatments, therapies and workshops. Classes include beginners, gentle & dynamic flow, restorative & yin and candle-lit evening classes. Look out for children’s yoga classes, ecstatic yoga dance and classes for men too. We cater for all levels of experience and everyone is welcome.

We look forward to sharing sacred sound baths and the tranquil practices of reiki, instinctive meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra. Our workshops include cacao ceremonies and healing circles and we will teach you how to journal, visualise and manifest and to use the power of words.

Relaxing therapy space

Our treatment room offers massage and hypnotherapy and additional therapies and treatments as we grow. Our cosy 'zen den' awaits for a moment of reflection with a warm drink.

We are here to help you reconnect, to breathe and move better; to motivate you to develop a healthy body and vibrant, positive mind. Ultimately, to put the joy and the soul back into your life.

ABOUT

Bel fell in love with yoga 25 years ago when a drop-in yoga class on a wintry night blew her away. The skill and kindness of her teacher over the ensuing months helped her to recover from post natal depression. Bel  then completed her 3 year teacher training with The British Wheel of Yoga in 2003 and was also commissioned to write her first book 'Yoga for Children' ...
