Bel fell in love with yoga 25 years ago when a drop-in yoga class on a wintry night blew her away. The skill and kindness of her teacher, Linda, over the ensuing months helped her to recover from post natal depression. Bel  then completed her 3 year teacher training with The British Wheel of Yoga in 2003 and was also commissioned to write her first book 'Yoga for Children' with Lorenz Publishing. Bel has profound gratitude for her yoga practice and the joy and resilience it continues to bring .

 

Bel is a sound therapist, instinctive meditation guide, spiritual mentor and a healer. She is passionate about bringing equilibrium, peace and vitality into the lives of her clients. She also offers various forms of massage.

We rent out our studio to therapists or other holistic practitioners, photographers and to small groups for gatherings of family/friends.

Bel was fascinated to learn that a yard in the natural world is a place where grazing animals are brought for refuge and safety during winter. This was something she too, wanted to provide for her students and clients. A safe space and haven, a place of warmth and refuge. And so, Bel's Yoga Yard was born.
